The room I booked was n't always kept very clean and available with kitchen and washer/dryer. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were a nice touch. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, a bus station was close to the hotel.

Large rooms. Washing Machine and dryer in the room.
The room was on the street side and there is a lot of traffic noise. The location is not easy walking distance from downtown.

Loved the size of room it was more like an apartment. The staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we entered the lobby. Of all the hotels we stayed at this is the best!!!!

Reasonably spacious and inviting rooms, clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed & great service. Marvellous and stunning location at a short distance from an official residence. Variety of food options at a short distance from the venue...

Accommodation were adequate. Receptionists were helpful and understanding.
Lots of street noise because of location. We were not able to get into our room until 5:30 even though check in was 3:00 (we were there at 12:30). Breakfast consisted of mostly packaged sweet roll kids of things.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer. Shuttle bus was a bonus.
Hotel is located a ten minute walk from town which would have been pleasant in fine weather. Can't blame the hotel for the rain though.

The spacious one-bedroom suite was perfect for our week-long family stay, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The cleaning was perfect. Despite this, the location made commuting easy, being just a short walk from downtown.
